Scottish Sovereigns On The Land- Proclaiming and Declaring Sovereignty, Easter Sunday April 4th
This was the first time residents of Scotland proclaimed and declared Sovereignty. A fine day out, and we encourage YOU to come join us for next years proclamation and declaration. BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE!! |
Proclamation and declaration of Scotland’s Sovereignty
Scotsmen and Scotswomen, In the name of God and of the dead generations from which she receives her old traditions and nationhood, Scotland through us summon her children to her flag and strikes for her freedom.
We declare the right of the people of Scotland, to the ownership of Scotland and to the unfettered control of Scottish destinies to be Sovereign and indefeasible. The long usurpations of that right by a foreign government has not extinguished that right, nor can it ever be extinguished except by the Scottish people themselves.
In every generation the Scot’s have asserted their rights to national freedom and Sovereignty. Standing on that fundamental right we hereby proclaim Scotland as a Sovereign independent state.
Scotland is entitled to and claims allegiance of every Scotsman and Scotswoman. Scotland guarantees religious and civil liberty, equal rights and opportunities
to all its citizens and declares its resolve to pursue the happiness and prosperity of the whole nation and all of it’s parts, cherishing all the children of the nation equally and oblivious of the differences carefully fostered by an alien government which has divided the minority from the majority in the past.
We proclaim and declare Scotland a Sovereign state.
We place the cause of Scotland’s Sovereign state under the most high God.
